Out of Stock/Back-ordered Items:  It's extremely difficult to keep the website current with items that are sold out - particularly during a sale. Invoices will be filled in the order in which the payments were received. If we determine that you paid for something that we have since run out of, you will be refunded the amount of that item(s).  I apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you are ordering something that you need in a timely manner, you may just want to send me a quick message, confirming the item is available. 

Shipping Charges:
 Setting up the website to automatically include shipping has come with it's fair share of difficulties. There's no way to know how many items and what the final weight is going to be of any given customer's purchases. It's difficult to pre-assign a shipping charge without knowing every possible variable.  For instance, each item is set up with a shipping rate if purchased individually.  In addition, there's a secondary rate attached if it's purchased in conjunction with another purchase. This is where it gets tricky. If one mold costs $3 to ship and the second item has a secondary rate of $1... the shipping is $4 and is correct. But, if a customer purchases an item that weighs over 13 oz, it's automatically going to be shipped Priority mail in a padded envelope and the shipping rate is $6.50. Now, say the customer purchases a 2nd or even a 3rd item with secondary rates of $1 or  $2. This is going to raise the shipping charge to $9.50, when in fact, all of the items might fit into the flat rate envelope for $6.50.  There's no way to prepare for these possibilities ahead of time. The best I can do is let you know that if you get charged a rate that seems exorbitant, please contact me and I will confirm shipping charges and refund monies if needed.

Please note, all shipments will be made via USPS shipping unless otherwise noted. 

All payments are processed via PayPal. You, the customer, are responsible to verify your shipping address. If your item ships to an old or outdated address, we cannot take responsibility for it. 

If you'd like insurance on a purchase, you will need to contact me ahead of time to be invoiced for the additional charges.

We do our best to ship out in a timely manner - usually within 24 hours. However, I cannot be held responsible for delays due to postal issues or weather that slows up delivery, etc.   If you order an item and need it 3 or 4 days from the time of purchase, it might be a good idea to pay extra for over-night or priority express shipping. Please contact us if you'd like to take advantage of these shipping options. 


International Shipping:   I will ship internationally, but as previously mentioned, there's just no way to pre-assign shipping rates for every country and possible purchase combinations. Please put all the items you'd like in your shopping cart, take a screen shot of the shopping cart and send it to me under the "contact us" tab. I'll let you know what the shipping rate will be and if you are ok with the charges, I'll invoice you separately for those rates. 


Returns: All sales are final. Please be sure to confirm the size and description of any item prior to purchase as photographs can be unintentionally misleading. I take great care to test and make samples using the majority of the items I sell; however, if an item is found to be defective, returns may be accepted; but the buyer will only be reimbursed for the cost of the item—not shipping charges.
